## SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to accept, reject, place on hold or cancel an order for reasons including:

5. Agree that recurring charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.

### 6.2 Initial and recurring prices
A subscription may include an introductory or first-order discount that differs from the discount applied to later renewals.
Before enrollment, we will disclose the material subscription terms, including:

- The recurring price or applicable recurring discount.

- Delivery frequency.
- How to cancel.
- Any material conditions associated with the subscription.
Shipping and taxes may be charged on each recurring order unless expressly included in the advertised price.
### 6.3 Automatic charges
Your payment method will ordinarily be charged on or around the next scheduled billing date shown in your account, subscription portal or subscription communications.
Billing and shipment dates may differ due to processing time, weekends, holidays, inventory availability, payment issues or carrier operations.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, delay fulfillment or pause or cancel the subscription.
### 6.4 Managing a subscription
Where available, you may manage your subscription through the online customer or subscription portal.
Depending on the functionality available for your subscription, you may be able to:
- Change the next order date.
- Skip an order.
- Pause deliveries.
- Change a delivery frequency.
- Update an address.
- Update a payment method.
- Change product quantity.
- Cancel the subscription.
Certain changes may need to be made before the next scheduled billing date to affect the upcoming order.
### 6.5 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription without a cancellation fee.
Subscriptions may be canceled:

Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals once it has been successfully processed.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, submitted for processing or transmitted to fulfillment. Any refund or cancellation request relating to an already processed order will be handled under our Refund Policy.
You should submit cancellation or modification requests before the next scheduled billing date.
We will not require you to purchase additional products as a condition of cancellation.
### 6.6 Price or subscription changes
We may change subscription prices, discounts, frequencies or material terms.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before a material change applies to future recurring charges. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
### 6.7 Inventory and discontinued products
A subscription does not guarantee permanent product availability.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, restricted or discontinued, we may:

A carrier’s tracking status may be used as evidence of shipment or delivery, but it does not prevent you from contacting us regarding a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered order.
If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you should:
1. Check the delivery location and surrounding area.
2. Check with household members, building staff or neighbors.
3. Review carrier tracking information.
4. Contact the carrier where appropriate.
5. Contact Root Comes First promptly.
If international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and regulatory requirements not collected at checkout.

3. Your infringement of another person’s rights.
4. User Content submitted by you.
5. Unauthorized resale, relabeling or marketing of our products.
6. Medical, disease, medication or weight-loss claims made by you without our authorization.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot be transferred under applicable law.
