Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Root Comes First, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it.

You can skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal. You can access it using the link provided in your subscription emails or through your customer account.

To avoid your next scheduled charge, please make any changes before your next renewal date.

Already processed orders

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or submitted for fulfillment.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.
